Extrem seltener PATEK PHILIPPE Chronograph Referenz 1579 in 18k Rosegold, verkauft am 22.Dezember 1950, rechteckige Chronographendrücker, rose / kupferfarbenes Zifferblatt, Kaliber 13“‘ Handaufzug, dreiteiliges Gehäuse mit facettierten sog. „spider-lugs“, die Uhr befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand, anbei Patek Stammbuchauszug. In dieser Variante und Zustand eine außergewöhnliche Sammleruhr! Aktuell befindet sich die Uhr zur Revision bei Patek Philippe in Genf (keine Gehäuseaufarbeitung!). Extremely fine and rare PATEK PHILIPPE Chronograph Ref. 1579 in 18k Pinkgold, sold on 22. December 1950, square button Chronograph, pink / copper colored Dial, Caliber 13“‘ handwinding, three body solid Case with stylized faceted lugs - so called „spider-lugs“, the watch are in very good condition, comes with Extract from the Archives. Absolutly outstanding Collectors Item! Up-to-date the Watch is to the Revision by Patek Philippe in Geneva (no Case polish!).
