Very rare Patek Philippe Gents Nautilus "Diamond" with the reference 3800/3J and matching Jumbo Nautilus cufflinks "Diamond". The watch is in 18k yellow gold, the bezel is set with Patek original diamonds with 40 diamonds approx. 0.90 carat. The cufflinks have the reference 9038J and are also in 18k yellow gold - with original Patek diamond setting. Inside the watch is the Patek automatic caliber 335C with date - Geneva seal. The diameter is 36 mm, so this Patek can be worn by both a man and a woman. The dial is "gold - champagne" with 11 diamond hour indices. The watch was produced in 1990 and sold on 7 August 1990, it is also in a very good condition - unpolished original condition / almost NOS - partial discolouration, this can be seen especially on the 3rd picture, here for comparison an element still sealed by Patek was installed in the strap!
