Very rare Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar "Retrograde" with the reference 5050R in 18k rose gold. In my opinion, the Patek Philippe 5050 is one of the manufacture's great complications that flies under the radar. The special arrangement of the month, day of the week and leap year using window displays, as well as the central seconds and the retrograde date using a hand from the centre, make this Patek a real eye-catcher. The breathtaking Patek automatic calibre 315SQR can be admired through the transparent back. This classic from the Patek Philippe brand comes on a PP leather strap with an original 18k rose gold pin buckle. The diameter of this Patek is 36 mm and it is in very good condition. This 5050 comes in a wonderful full set with the second case back (solid) - Certificate of Origin (sold by Chronometrie Beyer on 22 August 1994) - box with outer carton - leather folder - operating instructions.
