Very rare and stunning Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar and chronograph with the reference 3971J from 1989 in 18k yellow gold. Since 1986, in addition to the legendary 3970, also known as the "mother of all watches", there has been another reference - the 3971. This reference was exactly the same watch as the 3970 of the first series with feuille hands, stick indices and sub-dials in a different colour, but this reference has a snap-on Sapphire crystal back. This watch was produced parallel with the first and second series, but was discontinued thereafter. This makes the 3971 very rare and a genuine rarity, as fewer than 300 examples were produced. A dream come true for every Patek Philippe collector and connoisseur. This Patek masterpiece comes on a leather strap with an original PP buckle in 18k yellow gold. The dial is called Opalin argente and has a wonderful radiance. This 3971 is in very good condition with deep hallmarks and perfect proportions. It also comes with the original Patek box - extract from the archives - service card - booklets - price list.
