A very rare Vintage Movado Super Sub Sea Chronograph reference 206-705-503 in stainless steel. This watch features an extremely rare configuration, with a gray dial and orange minute and hour hands, as well as a silver lollipop chronograph seconds hand. Only a handful of watches worldwide are known to feature this combination. This unique and cool late 60s design still captivates every Vintage enthusiast who knows a thing or two about watches! Once you have this watch on your wrist, you’ll never want to take it off again. The inner 60-minute rotating bezel has a minor flaw on the upper curve at the 3 o’clock position, which is clearly visible in the photos. In the 1960s Movado was part of the Mondia-Zenith-Movado Holding Company, which is why Zenith movements were also used in Movado watches. At the same time as the Movado Super Sub Sea offered, the Zenith Super Sub Sea reference A3736 was also produced, both watches were equipped with the Zenith manual-winding caliber 146-HP. Overall this Super Sub Sea is in a very beautiful and unpolished original condition. An absolute highlight for all Vintage collectors and fans. This item is directly available. The sale of this Watch is subject to differential-taxation according to §25A UStG (Value Added Tax Act).
