Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Quantieme Perpetuel with the reference 25654BA.0.944BA.01 in 18k yellow gold. Launched in 1987, the 25654 continues the aesthetics of its predecessor, the 5554, but improves water-resistance by revising the case construction, which has been enlarged from 7.5 mm to 8.3 mm. For almost a decade, this model was the centre piece of the 39 mm Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar collection. Of the 12 Royal Oak models equipped with the calibre 2120/2800, model 25654 accounted for almost half of production. It did not leave the Audemars Piguet catalogue until 1996, when its successor, model 25820, introduced the leap-year display on the dial and replaced the calibre 2120/2800 with the calibre 2120/2801. This example has the AP bracelet in yellow gold with the second-generation AP folding clasp. This watch is in very good condition and comes in a set with a letter from AP Germany with serial number of the watch - operating instructions - AP video cassette - AP USB card - AP winder from SWISS Kubik. This item is subject to margin tax §25A UStG. This item is directly available.
