Very beautiful and antique A. Lange & Söhne Deutsche Uhrenfabrikation savonnette pocket watch in 14k / 0.585 yellow gold. The watch has 3 casebacks and a gold-plated dial with inlaid Arabic enamel numerals and a small second at 6 o'clock. The movement number of the watch is 711xx, which means that this Lange dates from around 1912. The gold plated 3/4 plate movement with gold screw compensation balance, Breguet balance spring and regulator spring fine adjustment is located under the two back covers! The total weight is 81 grams with a diameter without crown of 51 mm. A new bezel glass (plastic glass) is installed, the original watch glass (packed for over 100 years and labelled with the serial number) is enclosed, as is the original replacement mainspring. This ALS pocket watch is in very good condition and runs beautifully, there is an engraving of ‘Felsing-Berlin’ on the second hinge back, this is where the watch was originally sold. This Lange pocket watch also comes with the original ALS box - certificate (with the correct movement/case number 711xx) - described accessories.
