Extreme rare Panerai 3646 "Kampf" in extrem good shape. Serial 260818 and movement number 7527900. The watch was dispatched to an auction by former owner`s widow, along with the book and the scan of the former owner. At this time the original 3-6-9-12 dial was installed. You have the choice between the original dial and the mounted California-Dial. During the complete service of the watch (Copy of service bill will be included) the dial was changed to a NOS original so-called California dial. In later series these dials were used as standard and/or service dials. It is up to the next owner to have the dial installed he likes. The old strap is also included in the deal and the sew-in buckle was used for the new strap. The new strap shows no holes so that the new owner can decide himself... Service was done very carefully by a Rolex certified watchmaker- crown and tube was re-built, the old lead gasket was used again after some tlc and the watch keeps good time. The watch is not waterproof as we decided to only clean and polish the old crystal to keep that warm and breath-taking patina.
